We are seeking applications, from suitably qualified and experienced staff, for the following positions
The position of 0-3 coordinator provides an exciting and challenging role, which will suit an experienced educator ready to progress in a leadership and management role.
Managing a large dynamic team of educators, utilising a primary caregiver approach, the 0-3 coordinator is responsible to lead the team in building and maintaining responsive relationships with children and families in a safe and secure environment.
The person we are looking for will be self-motivated, people focussed, dynamic and will have a comprehensive knowledge of the NQS and Early Years Frameworks.
Other attributes we are looking for are the ability to work closely with families, and to manage a diverse team of educators. Well-developed time management and organisational skills are imperative to ensure the smooth running of the room.
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 passionate, dynamic Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Utilising a Primary Caregiver Approach, you will lead a small team of educators to provide a stimulating, nurturing environment where children feel safe and secure to explore our beautiful environments.
The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of early childhood development and experience in planning and delivering a high quality educational program.

Oxley Kids programs include Long Day Care for children from 18 weeks to 3 years, Long and Short Day 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten, Outside School Hours Care.
The Centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday and is closed on Public Holidays. The centre will be closed between Christmas and New Year.
